What are your hours?

We work from 7:30am to 4:00pm. If necessary we’re happy to book special appointments in from 6:00am, and our last appointment booked will generally be 3:30pm. After hours bookings are subject to availabily, so please give us a call. Rememeber, if you have an emergency, 24 hours we’ll be there to help! You will be asked to leave a message with your details, and we will call you back to discuss your issue. 

Will I be charged a call out fee?
No, we don’t have a call out fee, just very competitive hourly rates.
You supply free quotes, don't you?
We certainly will provide a free quote for a prediagnosed issue. However, if we have to attend to investigate the issue ourselves, then we do charge a fee for the time, knowledge and expertise it takes to diagnose plumbing issues. This fee is waived if you go ahead with the quote we provide.
Will you come out the same day?
For all emergency work we’ll make sure we get out to you the very same day you call. We can attend the majority of our jobs within 24 hours, and are happy to fit in with your schedule.
Where do you service?
We service generally within 50km from Mandurah. Waroona to Mandurah, to Rockingham and surrounds, and everything in between.
What payment options do you have?

We can accept Eftpos payments on the day for all major credit and bank cards. If we send an invoice and you wish to pay online by card, please be informed that a credit card surcharge of 1.75% + $0.30 per transaction is included. We also accept bank transfer. Payment plans are available strictly if organised prior to commencement of work.

Are you gas plumbers?
We certainly are. We can assist with all of your gas servicing, installation and repair needs.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We use suppliers that offer products with excellent manufacturer warranties, and as part of our service we’re happy to assist with activating these warranties for free. This is why we suggest it’s best to source your items through us. Please take special note that we don’t offer any of the aforementioned guarantees on any customer-supplied item.
Do you offer a pensioner's discount?
We’ll happily provide a 10% discount to pensioners.
